NeuralFortify SaaS Beta Program
By using the Beta Service you agree to the following:
- The service is provided "AS IS" during the beta period, with no warranty.
- You consent to the collection and processing of student data for the sole purpose of providing the service.
- Data is processed by our infrastructure providers (database, hosting, and email) under their respective data-processing agreements.
- You are responsible for obtaining any parental consent required under COPPA/FERPA before adding students.
- NeuralFortify SaaS has limited liability during the beta period.
This waiver supports our compliance framework and allows us to safely test NeuralFortify SaaS with real educational data. See our Privacy Policy for how data is stored and protected.
